In terms of material selection, the process adopts high-strength stainless steel formed by integrated 3D bending, with internal spacing filled with stainless steel square tubes or aluminum profiles, achieving 100% all-metal composition. It not only has excellent waterproof and fire-resistant performance but also obtained SGS antibacterial certification, with the surface antibacterial rate against common bacteria reaching over 99% . In terms of connection technology, abandoning traditional glue bonding, it adopts CNC laser cold welding combined with physical buckling, ensuring no filler falling or abnormal noise during temperature changes, and fundamentally eliminating environmental risks caused by glue.
The production end has formed a supporting flexible manufacturing system. Through full-link digital management, it achieves precise control from sheet processing to finished product assembly. While ensuring process accuracy, the delivery cycle is shortened to about 10 days . This technological innovation not only responds to consumers' demand for "ready-to-move-in" but also promotes the expansion of stainless steel cabinets from a single kitchen category to the whole-house customization field, setting a new benchmark for environmentally friendly production in the industry.
